XC?
So I rolled my trail and its totaled.
Now I am looking to replace it.
The XC has the LED lights, PID, fox shocks, and 27" Coronado tires on 14" wheels.
Is it worth the extra money for those items? I still have my stock 50" wheels and tires.

Super ATV lift
Hey all. I have a 16 900 trail and thinking about the 2 inch super atv lift. It says bolt on, but from what people have said about other lifts and having to modify different parts, is it a true bolt on? I don't mind slight modification, but if it's a true bolt on then I'm sold on it. Thanks all.

what parts needed 900 to 1000
Hey guys I have a 15 900 Trail that I just went into and I am having to replace the cylinder because its scared through the plating. Before I buy a big bore for it I was curious what all would it take to install the 1110 cc kit? I figure crank, rods, balancer, timing chain, and 1110cc big bore kit but do you know anything else that would be needed? Maybe some of the big engine guys will check this out!
Thanks Guys!

[PSA] An expensive lesson in: 520226, 190, 84
Most research will tell you this error code likely means your ECU is fried. And for the most part that's true, because you get some power but it won't start. However, after a couple of weeks of worry, 2 missed riding trips before the weather turned, and a few hundred bucks later...it wasn't the ECU. Or the Voltage Regulator. It wasn't the fuse itself either believe it or not.
Long story short? Mud had prevented the fuse from making full contact. This threw me off, because I removed and reseated all the fuses, and even took out the voltmeter and went through every connection in the fuse box all looked fine - and of course the fuse itself was also fine. So on the surface it didn't look like it was the problem. Buried deep in google searches someone had a similar error and this was the fix, sure enough blowing it out thoroughly did the trick.
Attachment 359969
As pictured above, it was the 10A EFI Fuse.
The moral of the story, is to keep your box clean. :)

Looking to add a second battery to my 2016 rzr 900 trail to run some accessories. Is there a battery that is recommended over others? Do I need to replace my factory battery as well? How about an isolator kit? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

New warning sticker
Did anyone else get a new warning sticker in mail from Polaris? The new sticker says "NEVER carry fuel or other flammable liquids on this vehicle" " Failure to follow this instruction could lead to serious burn injuries or death." It does not say in Cargo Box it says "On this Vehicle" Anyone worried about a denied insurance claim if you had a Rotopax mounted on your roll cage and the vehicle catches fire? Is Polaris expecting no one to carry extra fuel anywhere on their RZR?

Reliability
Hello, i currently have a 800 trail and am wanting to upgrade but am concerned if the new 900 is more reliable the the old 800 models. I have replaced wheel bearings, brakes, throttle cable and the problematic air filtration system all while still running factory tires no winch and no accessories just riding in the national forest.Has Polaris addressed any of these past problems?
Thanks

900 trail tune
I've narrowed the field down to 2:
A) EVO
B) BMP
I really like what EVO has done with the turbos and other brands. I have seen an EVO tune on a 900 but I hear nothing but good things. On the other hand 2 of my buddies have the BMP on their 900 trails and they rip.
Here is my dilemma. I use turf mode a lot and don't want to loose it. On the other hand I don't want to have to mail in my ecu every time I need a tune changed to satisfy new go fast parts.
EVO is supposed to be coming out with the maptunerX for the 900. I've emailed them about it twice in the last year and I was told it was coming.
I've heard mixed reports on whether or not BMP is going come out with a tune with turf mode.
So I guess my question is for the dealers. What's up? I know us trail guys are at the bottom of the performance totem pole, but what's a guy got to do to get tuner that keeps turf mode?
If any of you guys know something I don't feel free to share.

No/Hard Start After Transport
So this has happened the last three outings, but it seems to be slightly worse each time. After driving out or back from riding in the back of the truck(about 100km each way), its a bear to start and usually runs rough for a minute or two. Most times you can hear it trying to fire, but unloading this morning it was just cranking. Once it fired up, it ran smooth. It gets fueled up prior to leaving to go out, after its loaded in the truck. It was about 5/8-3/4 full today when it was struggling to start.
It sat in the garage for about 3 months since last ride and fired right up to load it yesterday. Out riding, it never skips a beat. It seems to be something that has to do with undulating in the back of the truck, but I have no idea what. No engine codes. Engine is stock aside from a BMP stage 1 tune and clutch kit.
Thoughts?

Best way to lift?
Confused as to which way to go. Bracket lift, or spring replacement. How much lift do you get from aftermarket springs. Any advice from folks who have experience with these two options be appreciated.

Duraclutch
I am close to pulling the trigger on the Duraclutch. Anybody run one? Any problems?
I run from 0 foot elevation to 9000 elevation. I will be running tracks in MT in the snow during elk season. Would a heavy duty 3000 to 6000 fit my all around needs?
I not looking to have to constantly mess with it. I just want to install and forget about it.
Thanks in advance for any forth coming feedback.
